Neue BIOS-Version für dv9000 AMD-Serie: F.3D

HP hat scheinbar eine BIOS-Version übersprungen jedenfalls ist die nirgends auffindbar und da die meisten Seiten dazu noch nicht geupdatet sind hab ich gedacht ich las mal dazu einen Post da.

Fixes

- Updates the fan control algorithm of the system to reduce the likelihood of future system issues.
- Fixes issue where the touchpad scroll function does not work on some notebooks.
- Fixes issue where the battery fails.
